Abelha Organic CachaƧa Prata is the clear version of CachaƧa ā the word "prata" means "silver" in Brazilian Portuguese. But in this case, the silver Spirit does not mean neglected. After distillation, Abelha Organic CachaƧa Prata is rested in open-air, stainless steel for six months to allow the flavors to develop. It is bottled at 40% ABV with zero added sugars.
