Crafted from the best terroirs of the Cognac region selected for character and softness and aged far beyond the legal minimum age requirement for an XO, the casks selected here were the ones that still displayed the energetic "youth" found in bright flavors and freshness to complement the mellowed-out rustic characted of an aged Spirit.
