Enrique Partida was a famous farmer from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco. Named in his honor, Partida Tequila makes some excellent juice. Maestro Tequilero (Tequila Master) JosƩ Valdez oversees every step of the production process, from agave harvesting in the field to the final blending and bottling of the precious Mexican Spirit. Their core range consists of four Tequilas; a Blanco, a Reposado, an AƱejo, and their top of the line ElegantƩ. Aged in Jack Daniels barrels, they've done some outstanding stuff, but their 3 newest creations from their Roble Fino series take it a step further with the Reposado, Cristalino, and AƱejo expressions.
Valdez visited Scotland in 2018 to explore the world of Scotch and find a way to merge it with the world of Tequila. That's how Roble Fino ("Fine Oak") was created. It's award-winning Tequila, finished in Erdington's Single Malt Sherry oak casks. The Partida Roble Fino AƱejo is the leader of the threesome, the big kahuna. Their ex-Bourbon-aged AƱejo is a force to be reckoned with, but the Roble Fino just kicks it into the stratosphere. After its original 18 months of aging, it spends another 5 in those Single Malt barrels, creating something unique, decadent, and super-complex ā quite unlike any other Tequila out there.Ā
